The Process Communication Model® (PCM) is a practical tool which provides strategies  and skills to successfully manage, motive and communicate with people based on their unique personality structure. PCM­ identifies six personality types, each with specific speech and behaviour patterns. Every individual will have one base personality type which is static, as well as a dynamic personality structure which includes all six personality types in different quantities. By understanding these personality structures and communication dynamics, recruiters and employers are able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees, design communication and motivation strategies and anticipate how individuals are likely to react to certain situations.
